Ball Studs - Male

Ball Studs are a popular form of fastener originally developed as a spring catch on aircraft access doors. Ball Studs are now commonly used on electronic enclosures and housings.

Ball Studs mate with a Ball Stud Receptacle in a typical application. The noted Panel Thickness ranges shown below is a general design guide so that the Ball Stud will properly mate with the Ball Stud Receptacle after passing through the panel where the Ball Stud Receptacle is attached.
