The quality control manual is divided into 20 Sections corresponding to the quality system requirements of ISO 9002. The purpose of this manual is to define and document the quality system in order to assure quality levels of product manufactured for Apex Fasteners and to ensure that the procedures and directives contained herein are mandatory for all personnel involved.
