GENERAL POLICY
Apex Fasteners assigns personnel to specific jobs based on their education,
experience and/or training. Additional training needs are identified and
provided by management. Personnel training files are maintained in order
to track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
TRAINING PROGRAMS
Apex Fasteners provides company and departmental training including but not
limited to:
1. Orientation - provided to all employees explaining quality system and
product usage,
2. Job Specific - department training often provided as on-the-job training,
3. External Training - group seminars, conferences and other training activity
provided by third parties,
4. Self Study - magazines, books, manuals, reports and training software
are provided.
